SIVAT Water Solutions is a distributor of commercial water equipment: we source pumps, filtration, UV, ozone, fractionators, degassing, heating and cooling, tanks, valves, strainers, instrumentation and controls against the project documents and provide the submittal information needed to get them approved.

What you receive

A coordinated project quote, not simply a list of disconnected line items. Equipment, instrumentation, controls, valves, and related components can be reviewed and priced as one package.

Why direct purchasing matters

Distributor pricing can materially improve a bid. Just as important, a technically informed single source can review the package for internal consistency before equipment is released and shipped.

Valve elastomers matched to the water chemistry across every line. Pumps sized against the filters actually being supplied. Instrument signals compatible with the control package. Materials verified for seawater or ozone service throughout.

When equipment is bought piecemeal, each item may be correct on its own while incompatibilities remain at the interfaces. Those issues often surface during submittals, installation, or commissioning, when they are more expensive to resolve.

Substitution that improves the project

When we can supply higher-quality equipment at the same cost or less, we work with the engineer to propose it.

When an alternative can improve quality, availability, or value without compromising the design intent, we work through the project’s formal substitution and approval process with the engineer and contractor.

Common questions

Can SIVAT quote equipment from a manufacturer we already have on the drawings?

Yes. If the specification names a manufacturer, that is what we price. We are a distributor rather than a manufacturer’s representative, so we are not tied to one line and have no reason to push a substitution the project does not need. If an alternate would save money or shorten a lead time, we will say so and prepare the substitution request, but the specified equipment gets quoted first.

Can SIVAT supply approved-equal or alternate equipment?

Yes, where the specification allows substitutions. We review the specified equipment against the performance requirements, propose alternates that meet them, and prepare the substitution request documentation the engineer needs to evaluate the change. Where an alternate would change system performance, we say so, so the design team can decide.
