Who we are

SIVAT Water Solutions supplies aquatic life support system equipment and provides related project services. Our office is at 12345 Pauls Valley Rd, #B6, Austin, TX 78737, United States.

What we collect

Information you send us. When you complete a form you provide your name, company and email address, and optionally a telephone number, project name and location, project type and stage, and a description of what you need. You choose what to include.

Project documents. Plans, specifications, equipment schedules and similar files sent to us for pricing or technical review. These frequently contain commercially sensitive information belonging to you or to your client.

Technical information collected automatically. Our host records standard server information including IP address, browser type, referring page and request time.

We do not collect payment card details through this site, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, prepare pricing and technical responses, supply equipment, support the project, and stay in contact about work in progress.

Technical information keeps the site working and helps us improve it.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your project documents outside the process of responding to your inquiry.

Project documents and confidentiality

This is the part that matters most to the people who use this site, so we want to be specific.

Documents you send are used only to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, and are treated as confidential business information.

To prepare a quotation we may need to share relevant extracts with the manufacturers whose equipment is being priced. Where a project is subject to a confidentiality or non disclosure agreement, tell us and we will handle it accordingly, including declining to circulate any part of the documents.

We do not publish, resell, or use your documents for any purpose other than responding to you and delivering the work that follows.

How this site handles them. The form on this site accepts written project details only; it does not accept file uploads. Send drawings and specifications to info@sivatwater.com and they reach our own mail system directly, never passing through this website. What you type into the form is delivered to that same address and retained with the rest of the inquiry correspondence for that project.

Access is limited to the SIVAT staff working on your inquiry and the manufacturers whose equipment is being priced, on the terms described above.

Who else is involved

We use third party providers to operate this site and our business. They process information on our behalf and are not authorized to use it for their own purposes. The ones that touch information from this site are:

• Cloudflare — hosts this site, delivers it, provides the spam protection on our form, and carries form submissions to our inbox as email. Cloudflare records standard request information.
• The manufacturers and distributors involved in pricing your project, as described above.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics. The only cookie it may set is one placed by Cloudflare's spam protection when you submit the form, which exists to tell people from bots. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site will still work.

If we add analytics later we will name the provider here before switching it on.

How long we keep things

We keep inquiry correspondence and project records for as long as needed to support the project and to meet legal, accounting and contractual obligations. When information is no longer needed we delete it or render it anonymous.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@sivatwater.com and we will respond.

Depending on where you live you may have further rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the General Data Protection Regulation. We will honor those rights where they apply.

If you no longer want to hear from us, tell us and we will stop.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including access controls and encrypted connections to this site. No system is completely secure, but we treat commercially sensitive project documents with the care their sensitivity warrants.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be made clear rather than made quietly.
