The goal is to give the owner and contractor greater confidence that the equipment being purchased works together and aligns with both the project specifications and the design intent.

Turnkey preassembled systems

SIVAT can prefabricate skid-mounted life support and filtration systems.

Assembly under controlled shop conditions can often improve tolerances and repeatability, reduce weather-related delays, and allow portions of the system to be tested before shipment. Where a system is too large to ship as a single skid, it can be prefabricated off-site, disassembled, and shipped for bolt-up assembly on site.

Experienced staff can also support the installers on site if requested.

What is the difference between a component purchase, a coordinated package and a preassembled skid?

A component purchase is a single item priced and delivered on its own. A coordinated package is the complete equipment list reviewed against the drawings, the specifications and each other, and delivered as a set. A preassembled skid is that package built, piped, wired and tested in the shop on a structural base and shipped ready to set and connect.

Can a skid-mounted system be built for an equipment room that already exists?

Yes. The skid is designed to the door openings, floor loads and clearances that exist. Where the room is too small or the access route too tight for a single skid, the system can be prefabricated, disassembled into shippable sections and bolted up on site.
